Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or request a refund for our services.

Advance Payment: 
We require a 50% advance payment for our design and development services. For domain name and hosting purchases, we require 100% payment before starting the work. The remaining 50% amount must be paid at the time of project completion.

Cancellation: 
We do not offer cancellations for any type of projects except as per the agreement. If you have a valid reason to cancel the project, you may request a cancellation by contacting us in writing. We will review your request and determine if a cancellation is possible. If a cancellation is approved, we will refund the balance amount after deducting the costs incurred by us.

Refunds: 
We do not offer refunds for any type of projects except as per the agreement. If we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the balance amount after deducting the costs incurred by us.
